Due to the nature of digital products, no physical products will be shipped to your home.
Files are in a zip format. You can use WinZip, Winrar or other similar programs to open these files.
My terms of use are included in each zip file. Please honor these terms.
You will have 7 days to download your purchases. If for some reason you are not able to download the files within this time frame just contact us and we can make arrangements to get your files to you.
If you encounter any problems with your purchase please contact us immediately so that we can resolve it.
